This penthouse in New Jersey was redesigned to create three bedrooms, with expansive views
of New York City. The original floor plan consisted of two bedrooms which we converted to three bedrooms. Based on the client's preferences, we selected muted tonal colors, allowing the windows of the apartment to act as moving paintings, framing their views from every corner of the house. A gut renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms allowed us to add softer details, bringing in character and individual personality.
